We plant our hemp in late May, avoiding any late Spring frost. The farms are based in the Scottish Borders and in Northumberland. The seeds are harvested in October and quickly dried. We grow the lavender, fennel and roses in our own garden. We get the dried mint from a farmer friend in Lincoln. In this way we ensure that all our ingredients are grown in the UK. Everything comes to our licenced home kitchen where we blend the ‘mix’, always sampling each batch before it is dispatched!
